Terms of Service

By creating an account, adding balance, or placing any order on rs SMM, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

1. Digital Service Acknowledgement

  • rs SMM provides digital promotional growth services (followers, likes, views, and similar metrics) across social media platforms. These are digital services that begin processing immediately after an order is placed.
  • Once an order is submitted and balance is deducted, the order cannot be cancelled. Fulfilment begins automatically and funds are non-recoverable once processing has started.
  • rs SMM does not guarantee long-term retention of any delivered metric. Social media platforms may remove followers, likes, or views at their discretion. This behaviour is outside rs SMM's control and does not constitute non-delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays do not qualify as grounds for a refund, balance reversal, or dispute.
  • rs SMM is a reseller proxying services through upstream providers. Provider-side delays, partial fills, or cancellations are outside our direct control.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use rs SMM.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
  • You must provide accurate information at signup. Accounts found to have false information may be suspended without notice.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.

3. Balance Top-Ups & Payments

  • Payments are processed via PayPal. A processing fee is applied to all top-ups and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Account balance is non-refundable. Once funds are added to your rs SMM balance, they cannot be withdrawn, refunded to your PayPal, or transferred to another account under any circumstances.
  • By completing a top-up, you confirm you are the authorised holder of the PayPal account used, or have explicit permission from the account holder. Top-ups made with unauthorised payment methods are considered fraudulent and will be reported.
  • rs SMM reserves the right to reverse or void balance additions suspected of being fraudulent or associated with unauthorised payments.

4. Order Placement & Delivery

  • By placing an order, you confirm the target URL or account link provided is correct. rs SMM is not liable for delivery to incorrect accounts provided by you.
  • Orders are fulfilled through upstream SMM API providers. rs SMM does not control the exact delivery speed or method used by upstream providers.
  • Partial fills may occur due to provider limitations. A partial fill does not entitle you to a refund of the unfilled portion unless rs SMM explicitly confirms the order will not be completed.
  • rs SMM stores order logs, timestamps, delivery records, and IP information for all orders. These records may be used in dispute resolution.

5. Refund & Balance Reversal Policy

  • All sales are final. rs SMM does not issue refunds of any kind, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect link/account provided, drops in metrics caused by platform enforcement, partial delivery within acceptable thresholds, or delays within stated delivery windows.
  • In the event of a verified complete non-delivery confirmed by rs SMM, a balance credit may be issued at rs SMM's sole discretion. This is not a right and is evaluated case-by-case.
  • Balance credits are not cash and cannot be refunded, withdrawn, or converted back to PayPal funds.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Filing a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or any payment reversal against rs SMM is a violation of these Terms. By using this service, you agree to resolve any issues directly with rs SMM before contacting PayPal or any payment processor.
  • rs SMM maintains full delivery logs, order records, IP addresses, account timestamps, and payment metadata for every transaction. All available evidence will be submitted to PayPal in response to any dispute or chargeback.
  • Filing a chargeback while having received and used a delivered service constitutes fraud. rs SMM reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities and payment processors.
  • Any account associated with a filed chargeback or dispute will be permanently and immediately suspended with no right to appeal.
  • rs SMM's dispute response will include: transaction ID, order log with timestamps, delivery confirmation records, IP address, account creation data, and a copy of these Terms agreed to at the time of account creation.

7. Prohibited Use

  • You may not use rs SMM to promote illegal content, content that violates platform terms of service in ways that harm third parties, or any content involving minors.
  • Abuse of the platform, attempting to exploit pricing, or submitting fraudulent orders will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
  • rs SMM reserves the right to suspend any account at any time for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or chargeback history.

8. Liability

  • rs SMM is not responsible for account bans, penalties, shadowbans, or content removal on any social media platform resulting from use of our services.
  • By using rs SMM, you assume all risk associated with your accounts and accept that social media platforms may take enforcement actions.
  • rs SMM's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time of the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

  • rs SMM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
  • Continued use of rs SMM after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By creating an account or placing an order on rs SMM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. These Terms are binding upon account creation.
