Refund Policy

All sales on rs SMM are final. By adding balance or placing an order, you accept this policy without exception.
1. No Refunds - All Sales Final
- rs SMM does not issue refunds of any kind. This applies to all top-ups, all orders, and all account balances regardless of circumstances.
- Once funds are added to your account balance, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned to your PayPal or any other payment method.
- Once an order is placed and balance is deducted, the transaction is final. No refund will be issued regardless of delivery speed, partial fills, or metric drops after delivery.
- This policy applies to all services across all platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Spotify, Telegram, LinkedIn, and any other platform offered.
2. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
- Change of mind after placing an order or adding balance.
- Incorrect account link, URL, or username provided by you at the time of order.
- Drops in followers, likes, views, or any metric after delivery - social media platforms regularly audit and remove non-organic engagement. This is outside rs SMM's control.
- Delays in delivery within the stated timeframe range.
- Account bans, restrictions, or shadowbans on any platform resulting from using rs SMM's services.
- Dissatisfaction with results where the service was delivered as described.
- Partial fills where the order is still in progress or within acceptable completion thresholds.
3. Verified Non-Delivery
- In the rare event of a complete, verified non-delivery confirmed on our end, rs SMM may issue a balance credit at our sole discretion. This is not a guaranteed right.
- Balance credits cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, or refunded to a payment method. They can only be used to place new orders.
- To submit a non-delivery claim, contact support with your order ID. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the expected delivery window closing.
4. PayPal Disputes & Chargebacks
- Initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback against rs SMM is a direct violation of these Terms and will be aggressively contested.
- rs SMM retains full records of every transaction including: PayPal transaction ID, order details, delivery logs, timestamps, IP address, and a record of Terms acceptance at account creation. All of this will be submitted to PayPal as evidence.
- Buyers who file chargebacks after receiving delivered services are committing payment fraud. rs SMM reserves the right to report such cases to PayPal's fraud team and, where applicable, to relevant legal authorities.
- Any account associated with a filed dispute will be permanently banned immediately with no reinstatement under any circumstances.
- You agree to contact rs SMM support before opening any dispute. Failure to do so will be noted in our dispute response and may negatively affect the outcome of your claim with PayPal.
5. Top-Up Fees
- PayPal processing fees applied at the time of top-up are non-refundable under all circumstances, including in the event of any balance credit issued by rs SMM.
6. Policy Changes
- rs SMM reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
- Continued use of rs SMM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
By adding balance or placing an order on rs SMM, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy. No exceptions will be made.
