rs SMM respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it may be used - including in dispute resolution.

1. Information We Collect

First name and email address provided at signup.
Discord account ID and username, if you choose to connect Discord.
IP address and device/browser metadata collected at account creation, login, top-up, and order placement - used for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
Transaction records including PayPal order IDs, top-up amounts, fees, and timestamps.
Order records including service type, target URL, quantity, cost, delivery status, and upstream provider order ID.
Timestamps of key account actions including signup, login, top-up, and order placement.
No sensitive financial data is stored by rs SMM. All payments are processed by PayPal and we do not store card numbers or full PayPal credentials.

To verify your identity and authenticate your account.
To process top-ups, place orders with upstream providers, and deliver services.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised use of the platform.
To respond to PayPal disputes and chargebacks. rs SMM will use transaction metadata, order logs, IP records, and account data as evidence when contesting any payment dispute filed against us.
rs SMM records a timestamp when you create your account, which constitutes a record of your acceptance of our Terms of Service. This timestamp may be submitted as evidence in dispute proceedings.
To send transactional notifications related to your orders and account (no marketing emails).

rs SMM retains full logs of every order placed, including: service ID, target link, quantity, cost in cents, order status, upstream order ID, and all status change timestamps.
Delivery records are maintained indefinitely for dispute resolution purposes.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that these records may be submitted to PayPal or other payment processors as evidence in the event of a dispute or chargeback.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Order data (target URL, quantity) is shared with upstream SMM API providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Transaction and delivery data may be shared with PayPal as part of standard payment processing or in response to dispute claims.
Data may be shared with law enforcement or legal authorities if required by law or in response to credible reports of fraud.

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus a reasonable period thereafter for dispute resolution purposes.
Order and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 24 months.
You may request deletion of your account by contacting support. However, transaction and order records required for legal or dispute purposes may be retained beyond any deletion request.

Account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Access to your account data is restricted to rs SMM staff and automated systems required to operate the service.
rs SMM uses Supabase for data storage, which maintains industry-standard security practices.

rs SMM is not responsible for account restrictions or bans on third-party social media platforms resulting from the use of our services.
By using rs SMM, you acknowledge that all data collection is necessary for the operation of the service, and that use is at your own risk.

rs SMM may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this page.
Continued use of rs SMM after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
